The Workshop Specials.

Actually, our work is always project work. Actually.

Because there are situations in which it is first and foremost a matter of setting the right starting point. Finding out what options are available and how to approach a new task in the first place. Or to find a new approach to a task that can have more impact. That’s what the workshop specials are for.

Bundled experience: the workshop specials.

Some of our clients call our project start-up workshops a mind-opener, others a motivating kick-off, still others simply a groundbreaking strategy workshop.

We have developed independent workshop specials from the many start-up workshops. Because when it comes to new business, market position and strategy, there are many fundamental considerations that we have already thought through in very different perspectives and scenarios with the clever minds of our clients.

We are now bundling this experience in this format: the workshop specials.

Each special revolves around a topic where a different view and different approaches are crucial in order to take a significant step forward. We do not provide standardised answers – we are convinced that every company has to develop the right answers for itself, a banal transfer of best practice never really works.
We ask the right questions. And we bring along plenty of examples to enable creative thinking.

So the specials are real workshops:
80% exchange and thinking for your own company.
20% impulses to open up new possibilities.

The workshop specials are always useful when breaking new ground or leaving well-trodden paths. When you want to find out where it is really worth changing something. What will work and what won’t.

And that is exactly how our clients use these specials:

  • As a kick-off for planned projects
  • As impulses for solving strategic challenges
  • At strategy conferences
  • At sales meetings

Depending on the number of participants, previous history (e.g. critical, already burnt/pre-heated topic), expectations and framework conditions, it can take place almost ad hoc, but also require thorough preliminary discussions with the participants so that all faux pas are already known. And sometimes we also need some time to really get to grips with the basic problem and to be able to focus on it in a targeted way.

New business in machinery and plant engineering.

The workshop special makes it clear what works and what does not work in new business for the machinery and plant engineering sector. In doing so, it provides insights into what other companies have experienced with their new business, helping to develop a clear picture of how to target new business more effectively.

Reinventing your own market position during industry upheavals and transformations.

Industry upheavals and transformations not only call proven success patterns into question, but also force you to position yourself significantly differently and to completely rethink your strategic framework – the workshop special provides the right structure for this.
