Developing successful products.

When technology needs to be turned into successful innovations.

Together, we work out what customers really need, which solution makes a real difference, and what is worth developing – before time and resources are wasted on the wrong approach.

Typical starting points for our projects.

Innovations rarely fail because of the technology itself, but rather because of their relevance to the market.

“We need a robust project – not just a showcase.”

We provide clarity for innovations that make an impact.

Technically, a great deal is possible today. The crucial question is not what can be developed.

Rather, it is what is relevant to customers, what benefits they recognise – and what they are prepared to pay for.

This is precisely where a gap often arises between development and the market.

  • Products with relevant customer benefits

  • Less development that misses the market

  • Sustainable revenue models

  • Improved marketability and market launch

  • Clear decision-making

How we work: Together.

We don’t arrive with a ready-made answer. We work with development, sales and management to find the right answer – and to make it concrete enough that it can become a product.

01 Assess the starting point
We clarify what is crucial for success.

02 Define the target audience
We identify which users and decision-makers the problem is truly relevant to.

03 Understanding needs
We talk to customers and understand where the real problems and opportunities lie in their day-to-day lives.

04 Refining the product idea
We translate these insights into a clear development brief.

05 Developing a revenue model
We clarify what customers are willing to pay for and how the offering needs to be structured.

06 Prepare for market entry
We refine the positioning and develop the first steps for market entry and sales.

Our principle.

Don’t develop what is technically possible. Develop what is worth developing.

Innovation is often developed sequentially:
first the technical solution, then the market. This quickly results in something technically impressive, but which fails to meet customer needs.

We deliberately take a different approach: we develop the market and the technology in parallel. Whilst the technical solution is taking shape, we continuously refine the use case, customer benefits and business design – in collaboration with sales, marketing, product management and development.

In this way, the customer’s problem remains the benchmark, and we develop what is truly needed.

The result: a solution that is tailored to real needs right from the start – rather than one that has to be made marketable at the end of the process.

Innovations that the market needs.
